Visitors can experience a robot arm or try out a laser cutter. The 3D printer on display can be used to print shopping trolley coins and guests are welcomed by Aibo, the robot dog. Artificial intelligence and simple program writing can be experimented with. The most modern sewing machine of our time, the so-called digital sewing machine is also presented here, which will give visitors a unique experience of the world of modern tools and their use.
Visitors can also learn and gather information about smart homes. They are given the opportunity to try out the operation and functions of a typical smart home, which will be available in more and more households in the near future. Adventurers will also be able to try out a themed online escape room game or travel around the world with the VR glasses provided.
The Digital Butcher Shop name was given to the institution based on the votes of locals, as the building of the present Digital Knowledge Center used to house a meat shop for several years.
