Derce Bakery Bistro

Derce Bakery Bistro opened its first shop in 2021. In 2023, it moved to its current location beneath the Castle, in the Deák Ferenc Street Event Centre.

They place great emphasis on locality, using regional ingredients for both their flours and breakfast dishes. Every day, they bake 5–6 varieties of sourdough bread made from organic flours by Garat Malom and Kukutyin Workshop—without any yeast, additives or enzymes.

Their specialty coffee selection is a source of pride, roasted by Racer Beans, a Hungarian micro roastery.

The bakery also hosts various workshops, not only focused on bread baking.

As they are located outside the city centre, they offer home delivery in Veszprém and to nearby towns on scheduled days.
