Fricska Pop-up Restaurant

The Fricska Pop-up Restaurant is a bar and grill restaurant with a unique atmosphere, located on the banks of the Séd Stream in a former mill building. Situated in a picturesque setting, the restaurant is a relaxing paradise where dogs are welcome. Their burgers were voted one of the 10 best burgers in Hungary. Their specialty is made with homemade ketchup and mustard, artisan cheese and served with crispy fried potatoes in their skins.

You can find the “Fricska Szeparé” ruin pub right next to the restaurant, in the 600-year-old Frick mill. Despite having been renovated, this historic, listed building still exudes an authentic atmosphere. You can sip speciality drinks while admiring the magnificent rooms with their original interior beams and vaulted tympanum entrance. The drinks at Fricska Szeparé are mostly from local wineries and craft breweries, with Hungarian producers featuring strongly in its unique selection. Besides drinks, there is also a selection of food on offer. The walls of the historic mill have been reborn as a modern community space, welcoming groups and hosting private events.
