Veszprém’s very popular Rézsűs playground is located on the Monasteries and Gardens path. The playground was built at the foot of a hill, making good use of Veszprém’s natural features. There are three entrances to the playground from the footpath and one from Kertalja Street. There is a separate section for the toddlers, with a sandpit, swing and many other pieces of play equipment. For older children, there are two covered slides, a “mountaineer’s” cableway, swing and a castle.
Another advantage of its location is that it is only five minutes’ walk along the banks of the stream from the nearest free carpark. There is also a free mobile toilet next to the playground.
