The Flying Nomads duo creates fusion music, combining traditional ethno and modern styles. They believe that if the soul makes a song, it is possible to reach the listeners' soul. This belief resonates throughout their work. The musicians, Kristina Angelova and Daniel Angelov think of their Bulgarian roots as an opportunity to tap into a unique musical mix between the global East and West. Their entirely acoustic sound is created with the Bulgarian tambura, the Iranian daf, but also the guitar, ukulele, bendir and more.
