An audiovisual journey where sound and light lead to inner silence.
Péter Halász's audiovisual work reacts to the music, the light and the people present - there is no pre-written story, only the moment, the vibration and the inner journey that each participant experiences in unknown, personal depths. Why is it good for the brain? Immerzum leads to a state of flow: the brain lets go of continuous noise filtering, sensory and emotional processing slows down and deepens. Conscious concerns are replaced by presence. This state – similar to meditation – supports the regeneration of the nervous system, strengthens intrapersonal awareness and enables the formation of new neuronal connections through synesthesia-like experiences.
