Between June 14 and 18, a five-day joyous celebration awaits you in Veszprém and the Bakony-Balaton region to celebrate the first half of the EKF program year with a colorful array of programs and prepare the region for the remaining six months of the title.
English-born composer and singer Tom Odell already knew at the age of 18 that his life path would be paved with music. Originally, he would have studied at York University, but instead he took up music and while he initially appeared on stage as a member of a band called Tom and the Tides, he soon realized that he wanted to start a solo career.
In 2012, he signed a contract with the label In the Name Of and from then on, he never stopped until the top. The indie pop musician sits in front of the piano with crazy energy at every concert, the emotions in his voice sweep through the audience like a storm. Singer Lilly Allen once said that Odell's energy on stage reminded her of David Bowie.
